ZMI exports a smaller gear (with a pitch diameter of 1 DP and 125 teeth), but this gear is produced using a forging process. Forging pressure processing can eliminate defects such as porosity in the metal that may occur during the smelting process, optimize the microstructure, and, due to the preservation of the complete metal grain flow, the mechanical performance of the forging is generally superior to castings of the same material. According to AGMA standards, this gear meets the specifications of AGMA 2000-A88.

ZMI offers a variety of transmission gears. Our gear hobbing machine can process large gears with a maximum diameter of up to 13,000 millimeters and a pitch diameter of 40. Its precision level complies with the AGMA 10 standard.

We can also provide various smaller transmission gears. Surface treatments include carburizing, induction hardening, or comprehensive quenching and tempering treatment as per customer requirements.

Furthermore, we can manufacture various bevel gears and spiral bevel gears, with a maximum diameter of up to 2,200 millimeters.
